Return Policy

RETURN POLICIES  FOR ALL ITEMS ARE LISTED BELOW AND MUST BE FOLLOWED.  Any variance from these policies must be stated in writing by us to be valid. Phone conversations must be in writing to be valid.  BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU DO AGREE AND ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS.

Wedding Gown (internet orders) Once the dress is ordered and confirmed we cannot cancel the order per our supplers policies. WE DO TAKE RETURNS ON  white or ivory dresses only with in 48 hrs of reciept and a 15% restock fee of dress price minus shipping charges, see below for instructions,

Rush fees and shipping are never refundable. Dress must be in same perfect condition as it was shipped to you.  We will not take returns on wedding dresses without your measurements on the order form or faxed in .

Custom dresses are not returnable. Meaning any thing that changes the original dress, like extra or shorter length , sleeve changes, , train removed etc. Dresses with color options like sash etc. are Not returnable. Sales Dresses, Clearance Items. and Discounted dresses and items are Not Returnable and are sold AS IS. Note-wedding gowns tried on in our store and ordered later via internet are not returnable. Dresses shipped no charge and then returned will be charged shipping plus restock fee ....

BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU DO AGREE AND ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS If you do not agree please do not place the order. Sending wedding gowns back because you feel its not usable for whatever reason and we find it in perfect condition upon return will still be charged a restock fee.

Budget Wedding Dresses : are NOT returnable


MIKAROSE ... single orders may be exchanged within 5 days of receipt for another size or style if stock is available in our store. Or store credit is available.  Shipping is not refunded and you will need to pay all new or return shipping.  Group orders are not returnable.

Bridesmaids/Formals are not returnable as they are a special order made for you. If you have to re-order for wrong size choice you will have to pay again so be sure on measurements. Color charts are for an example and colors can vary greatly on computers so its best to order a color swatch if possible. Dresses are not returnable because you are not happy with the color you chose. Once the order is placed supplier will not allow us to cancel it. So please choose carefully. If we recommend a size its based on the measurements you have sent us . If the dress is too large or too small  please have it altered. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements  or weight changes.

 Exact SHIP DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED ! They are approximate and can be delayed at times 1 to 2 weeks.  Please allow plenty of time to order. We do watch orders carefully and will let you know in advance if there is a probelm as far ahead as we can. This is very rare however and almost nonexistant but a very small possibility.

Prom Gowns are NOT RETURNABLE. Please make sure you have used the size chart to choose the correct size .

Accessories, some can be returned once with a $10.00 restock fee per item or order. CHECK WITH US FIRST

BODY SHAPERS are not returnable

Wedding gown return from Totally Modest. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your wedding gown purchase you may return it for an exchange, credit or refund minus a restocking fee listed above  and  minus shipping and handling fees. Please measure carefully and choose the correct size to prevent having to pay the restock fee.

If you feel the size is not going to work for you we will exchange the gown (if another size is in store stock) however only 2 gowns will be sent to the same customer or address. You will be charged the extra shipping.

Instructions for  Authorized Returns

You must follow these steps before (Returning Wedding Gowns,  and any items returnable ) or accessory items purchased.

  1. Call or Email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number or RA number.   

     1-435-628-9223 for store .   No returns accepted after the 48 hour time frame.

  2. Mail your purchase postmarked within 48 hrs. of receiving it with the authorization number written on the outside of the box.

  3. Item must not have been worn, altered, dirtied or be damaged in any way. All tags must be left on the item.

  4. Package is insured for amount of purchase and sent postage paid within the 48 hr. time period.

  5. Once your return has been received we will issue an exchange, credit or refund minus a restocking fee and minus shipping, handling and rush charges as long as all steps have been followed.

If these steps are not met and followed or items purchased are sent back without authorization they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
