Why don't you have a phone number on the site?
We have answered most all questions posed on the site. We ask you to please read our FAQ page, Order/Info page, and Returns page. If you do not find the answers there then please email us and if we cannot answer you that way we will send you a number to call. We will also send a phone number for payment (toll free for US customers) once the email order is placed which you may call us on and we can also answer questions then as well. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience for you . We are available 24 hours by email most of the time.
Do you have catalogs?
No we do not have catalogs for a couple of reasons. All of our dresses are in our online catalog only. We add new gowns quite regularly and it would be impossible to keep a current catalog. By not having a catalog it also helps us to keep our costs down so we can pass on the savings to you with lower prices. If you need more information about a particular style we are happy to try to answer any questions.
How do I place an order?
Please fill out and email the order form by clicking on the order button by the item you plan to purchase. If you do not have a fax number please write "no fax" or "email us" in the fax number box and then the order will go through. We will send you an email reply after we have checked our stock to let you know availability of the item. We will then email you with our toll free number to contact us with your credit card number, or you may request a form to fax your card number. If you have any questions at that time we will be happy to answer them.
When will I receive my gown?
Many wedding gowns are in stock and if the gown is in stock in our warehouse and you can receive it within about 2 weeks normal delivery. Or sooner if you wish to upgrade shipping to 2 or 3 day or overnight. Regular delivery and Rush dates are not guaranteed and may go a week or two longer then anticipated at times. We give an estimated date and hope for the best but please allow for unforeseen possible delays that can hold up the order. Order as early as possible to be safe. If not in stock it can be anywhere from 10 to 14 weeks or so depending on the type, style and size needed. We will give you an estimated time of delivery once the order has been placed. We have many styles and sizes available immediately and we will do all we can to deliver it on time or before. If there are any problems with delivering the gown, you will know within 24 hours of ordering. Bridesmaids have a delivery time listed by each dress and are generally not stocked except for a few styles. Many prom gowns are stocked but sell out fast so order early.
How will my dress be shipped?
We generally ship UPS as it has the best tracking and insurance . We do ship USPS as well for some orders with PO boxes, APO addresses and out of country orders if applicable. If the package is over $200.00 or needs an express rush we will need to have it signed for as well. Some exceptions may occur. This prevents the item from being dropped on a porch and left open for possible theft or weather damage.You can request a signature or not if you need to or have it sent to a work address or a friend to have it signed for. Delivery times vary and exact dates are not guaranteed. Allow one week approximately or sooner for UPS ground from the time it ships in the states . We can upgrade to 2 or 3 day or overnight for an extra fee as well. If you have a specific request just let us know and we will try to accommodate you. We use the smallest box possible to save on fees. We also support going green and used recycle boxes where possible.
We do not ship through customers private or business UPS accounts.
What if I give the wrong address?
UPS and USPS will charge us to correct a wrong address and if your fault we will have to pass the charge on to you. If our fault we pay if not it's usually $8 to $12 additional for mistakes but could be more occasionally. We cannot absorb these extra costs. When filling out the address on the order form make sure if applicable you have the Apt. number, Building or floor number on it in the second address line or it will not be delivered. Please make sure all other address and the zip or postal code is correct and the more info the better.
How early should I order my gown or dress?
We get many calls and emails about this. Really the sooner the better to secure you will get it in a timely manor before the needed date. Styles can be discontinued at any time so once you find the “one” please order it so you can relax and not have to stress over it getting there on time. It will also save on rush fees. Brides magazine says you should order your wedding gown at least a year ahead so with that knowledge you can be the judge as to how soon. Bridesmaids have a delivery time listed by each dress and are generally not stocked except for a few styles. Many prom gowns are stocked but sell out fast so order early.
What about alterations?
Most all the gowns and dresses will need some alterations so expect it and plan on having a good qualified seamstress to do the work needed. The gown or dress is not custom made to your measurements and will require alterations to fit your body type.. We do not alter gowns purchased online for obvious reasons, namely there is no way to do the fittings needed.
How do I determine the correct size?
All of the dresses have a size chart listed by them and the charts vary according to the style dress. The dresses are the size of the chart in most cases. You will need to be measured and choose a size that corresponds the closest to your measurements. If you are in between sizes please go up one size. If you are right on the chart please go up one size as well especially for bridesmaids as there is generally no seam allowance and they are not returnable. Most bridal and formal wear run small so please allow for that in choosing a size. It always better to err on the larger side. Most all dresses will need some alterations. Most dresses sent back for exchange are for larger sizes so please measure accurately.
Can I order fabric?
Yes we can order in fabric with your purchase for most bridesmaids and wedding gowns for $30.00 a yard. 3 yard limit per customer or group order. Lace prices will need to be quoted. The last 2 styles on page 17 of maids do not have fabric or color swatches available.
Color Swatches
These can be ordered for the bridesmaid dresses on pages 1 through 15
We may be able to send them for some of the other dresses but they are not available on all the dresses. The limit is to 4 per customer.
They are $2.00 each swatch and they are about 2x2 inches approx. sometimes less.
We may have them in stock but if not plan on about 2 to 3 weeks to receive them as we have to order them in for you.
To order them please use our contact page and put down the dress style and what colors you want. We will also need your name, address and phone number and event date. Email the form and we will then send you a phone number to call us with your credit card.
We cannot send swatches for wedding or prom gowns.
Are your gowns considered temple ready?
Our gowns are considered modest in that they will cover the garment worn for the LDS bride. Bridesmaids are the same with a few dresses that may have a little more relaxed fit in some styles. If you are concerned about a particular style please get in contact with us via our contact page. Please contact your temple for more details in what is required for the temple ceremony and see our temple page as well.
If I do not like the wedding gown, can I return it?
What if the gown doesn’t fit or I don’t like it? You may return a wedding gown once for exchange or refund with a restock fee and less shipping. Bridesmaids and prom gowns are not returnable. Please see our return policy in the side menu for more details. Note - wedding gowns tried on in our stores and ordered later via internet are not returnable.
Do you ship outside the United States or to APO addresses?
Yes, we will in most cases. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please see our Order /Info page and then contact us with any questions.

How do I pay for the gown?
Payment for the gown is required at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, MasterCard , Discover and American Express. You may also pay with a money order or check, but please allow additional time for delivery and processing. You will need to call us with your credit card information and we require you to sign a form giving us permission to charge your card as well as you will need to sign the card receipt to prevent fraud.
